The Sigma 50mm F/1.2 DG DN | Art is a high-performance, full-frame standard prime lens designed for mirrorless systems (Sony E-mount and Leica L-mount) as part of Sigma’s Art series.
With a generous maximum aperture of f/1.2, it offers exceptional low-light capability, subject separation and bokeh. The optical design features 17 elements in 12 groups (including four aspherical elements) to deliver high resolution even at wide apertures.
Despite the bright aperture, the lens remains relatively compact and lightweight for an f/1.2 design: around 81 mm diameter and ~108.8–110.8 mm length, weighing ~740–745g depending on mount.
