The Sekonic L-478D LiteMaster Pro is a high-precision light meter designed for both still photographers and cinematographers who need advanced metering for ambient, flash, and motion-picture workflows. It features a large 2.7″ color touchscreen LCD, supports ambient and flash incident & reflected metering, and provides cine/HD cine modes with frame-rate and shutter-angle controls.
It also includes functions such as filter compensation, exposure profiling (via optional software), illuminance/luminance measurement, and contrast/comparison modes—making it suitable for mixed lighting setups, motion capture, and advanced production lighting work.
