Fujifilm GF 23mm f/4 R LM WR Lens
The Fujifilm GF 23mm f/4 R LM WR is a super-wide-angle prime lens made for Fujifilm’s GFX medium format system. Offering an 18mm equivalent focal length in full-frame terms, this lens is built for architects, landscape shooters, and interior photographers looking for expansive views with precise rendering.
Its optical design is robust: 15 elements in 12 groups, including one Super ED element, three ED elements, and two aspherical elements to reduce distortion and color fringing. A Nano GI coating combats flare and ghosting for better contrast.
The lens features internal focusing (so it doesn’t change size), a linear motor for fast and quiet autofocus, and a manual aperture ring with a “C” (Command) position for camera-based control. Weather sealing (WR) lets you shoot in damp, dusty, or cold environments down to −10 °C (14 °F).
With its 99.9° angle of view, minimum focus distance of 38 cm, and a solid build of ≈ 845 g, the GF 23mm offers premium performance in a wide-angle lens.
